Parish Committees

  • THE PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL acts as an advisory body for the parish priest. The interaction is two way. Items are brought to the priest’s attention by the council, and the priest can include any item for which he wants advice or opinion. The PPC meets every six weeks.

  • THE FINANCE COMMITTEE is chaired by the priest and comprises six members who oversee the finances of the church and parish centre. The Finance committee meets every six weeks.

  • THE PARISH CENTRE MANAGEMENT GROUP is responsible for all aspects of the parish centre – property, bookings, safety and the bar. There are six members and they meet as and when required.

  • THE PARISH SOCIAL COMMITTEE is responsible for organising parish social events primarily focused in the Parish Centre. They meet on the first Monday of each month and would welcome anyone willing to help with events.
